CROWLE KITCHEN
The Crowle kitchen was crafted in our Bologna Collection, painted in Stone Grey with Purple Violet on the inside of their bi-fold cupboard, and featuring Crofts Assinder Iron knobs.
Situated within a charming 300-year-old thatched cottage, the Crowle kitchen exudes timeless elegance and rustic charm. Unlike many of our projects, which are often found in self-built homes, modern extensions, or complete renovations, this kitchen stands out for its unique location within such a historic setting. The kitchen is nestled at the back of the house, in an area that wasn't part of the original cottage but was later added by our clients. They thoughtfully designed this space to blend seamlessly with the rest of the cottage, incorporating large dark oak beams that mirror the original architectural features.
We absolutely love the layout of this kitchen, which perfectly utilises the space to meet our client's specific needs and preferences. The design features a central island that serves as the heart of the kitchen, providing ample space for cooking, dining, and socialising. Additional features include a wine cooler for those who appreciate a fine vintage, a dedicated chopping board station for culinary enthusiasts, and custom-built bookcases that add a personal touch and practical storage solution.
The Crowle kitchen was crafted in our Bologna Collection, renowned for its luxurious shaker design and intricate pencil-beading around the doors and drawers. The cabinetry is painted in a sophisticated Stone Grey, providing a subtle and elegant colour palette. For a delightful contrast, the inside of the bi-fold cupboard is painted in a vibrant Purple Violet, adding a pop of colour that surprises and delights. The kitchen is further enhanced by Crofts & Assinder Iron knobs, which add a touch of classic elegance and complement the overall design beautifully.
