CRICKHOWELL KITCHEN
The Crickhowell Kitchen was handcrafted in our Bologna collection - a shaker-inspired design with luxurious pencil detailing around the cabinetry drawers and doors. This kitchen was painted in 'Felicitas 390', a deep 'forest green' colour with a rich, earthy tone that evokes a sense of calm and sophistication. We completed the kitchen design with classic satin nickel handles and a 'Carrara Quartz' worktop.
We had the pleasure of handcrafting The Crickhowell kitchen for a stunning rural cottage, where our clients embarked on an extensive kitchen renovation to bring their dream space to life. The transformation began with removing a dividing wall and an awkward chimney breast, opening up the room to create a spacious, light-filled area that perfectly blends functionality with charm.
To enhance the sense of openness and brightness, they selected new flagstone flooring in a lighter hue, adding warmth and character while maintaining an airy feel throughout the kitchen. The heart of this beautiful space is a kitchen design from our Bologna collection, featuring a classic shaker-inspired aesthetic with a modern twist. The subtle pencil beading along the edge of the cupboard doors adds a touch of elegance, elevating the timeless appeal of the cabinetry.
Our clients had a clear vision for their kitchen-a space that not only catered to their culinary needs but also served as a welcoming space for entertaining guests. To bring this vision to life, we crafted a bespoke dresser, complete with glazed cabinetry, generous countertop space, and shaker-style cupboards for ample storage. This custom piece has quickly become a favourite, transformed into an exquisite drinks station where they can store their cherished glassware, create exceptional cocktails, and host gatherings in style.
The Crickhowell kitchen is thoughtfully designed with a variety of innovative storage solutions. Oak cutlery inserts and an oak knife insert ensure that every drawer remains neat and organised, while our innovative peg drawer keeps their favourite crockery securely in place. A unique oak wine rack integrated into the kitchen island is a practical storage solution and a beautiful display feature.
One of the standout elements of this kitchen is the introduction of our new vegetable boxes—our first design to feature this innovative storage solution. These boxes are perfect for keeping vegetables fresh, adding another layer of functionality to this meticulously crafted space.
