What sets us apart from the rest?

We create bespoke, handcrafted cabinetry. We're professional at all times and provide excellent customer service. We are sustainably minded with all of our projects, doing what is perfect for you and aligning this to what's right for the planet.

Of course every business has their approach, but here is where we put a bit of cabinetry meat on the kitchen bone to back up what we do, how we do it and what we believe in!

Bespoke - Every piece of our cabinetry is crafted to your precise specifications, ensuring the creation of your perfect kitchen. We guarantee that no space will go unused, no awkward fittings will be made to accommodate leftover gaps, and there will be no breaks or voids in your design. Every millimetre will be thoughtfully planned and perfectly optimised. If you want a bespoke island in your kitchen, we will make sure it happens. You want an extra tall cupboard to give you as much storage space as possible, we're here for you. You want a dartboard on the wall instead of the kitchen clock, well you can arrange that one while we look after the cabinetry!

Green shaker style bespoke handcrafted kitchen cabinetry in a country style home. There is a kitchen island, large double oven, hob, extractor and some vases of flowers around the room. The walls are light in colour with timber beams throughout.

Craftsmanship - Our cabinetry is second to none. I did think of finishing this journal entry here, but I'll tell you a bit more.

While it may sound like a little bit of a bold statement, we truly stand by it. It's not just because we're passionate about what we do, and skilled with our craft, but because we genuinely care. Every detail is important to us, and we approach the design, creation, and installation of each kitchen as if it is our very own.

Professionalism - From our marketing team, at the very beginning of the journey, to our designers, craftsmen, and installers at the very end of the journey, every member of our team is dedicated to the highest level of professionalism. We want you to be thrilled with your new Minerva kitchen, and to make that happen, we carefully plan, visualise, monitor and execute every detail to uphold the highest standards of quality. At this point I have been asked to say that during installation it's fine for our team to be fuelled by a constant flow of mugs of tea, and that we remain focused and on job at all times.

A large kitchen which is mostly grey in colour. There is a lot of shaker style bespoke handcrafted kitchen cabinetry throughout, a kitchen island and a nordic grey quartz bespoke worktop/table which has four grey seats nestled underneath it. There are five lights shown hanging from the ceiling and three overs within the housing of the cabinetry.

Customer Service - While managing all of the details previously covered, we also prioritise delivering exceptional service to you. We want you to feel proud when showing off your new kitchen to family, friends, and neighbours, and of course, we hope you'll take pride in sharing that your new kitchen is a Minerva kitchen. After all, is there any greater cabinetry compliment than a ‘look at my new kitchen’ tour followed by a glowing recommendation? I actually don't think there is.

How do we show excellent customer service in an image? We don't, but you can read our Trustpilot reviews here.

A country style kitchen with large beams going across the ceiling. There is light green shaker style bespoke handcrafted kitchen cabinetry throughout and a bookcase shown holding a large amount of books, in the foreground of the image. There are three hanging lights and some kitchen equipment placed throughout the room.

Sustainability - We care about the environment, which is why we partner with local suppliers to minimise our carbon footprint. Additionally, we have solar panels installed next to our workshops which generate 50% of the electricity used within. When you purchase a kitchen from us, you can rest assured that we are doing everything we possibly can to be local, sustainable and planet-friendly.

A large kitchen with light green shaker style bespoke handcrafted cabinetry. There is a darker green island with an overhang for stools to be placed underneath. There are three hanging lights over the island, a built in microwave within the cabinetry, an aga and a conventional oven. There is an open door in the background. There is artwork of leaves around the room.

Where to go from here?

I've covered a lot of what is great about Minerva and why your next kitchen should be designed, created and installed by us, now you simply just need to book a showroom visit. When you're here, enjoying a cuppa, we will be able to guide you through the Minerva process and the next steps to fulfilling your vision.
